1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Bend The Dots, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and creative works provided by Bend The Dots, including but not limited to artwork, designs, photos, text, and digital files, are protected by intellectual property rights. You may only use these materials as explicitly permitted by Bend The Dots.

3. Orders and Payment

• Prices for products and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be made in full before we deliver products or services.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the nature of the product.

• On International orders, I’m not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to your order.  Unfortunately, I’m unable to predict what customs or import charges may be as these vary depending on location. 

5. Refunds and Returns

I am committed to providing high-quality products and services.  I am a small business owner, not a high powered brand with a team of people producing my work. All items are made by hand or hand finished by myself.

Products

All products are handmade or hand finished and I always endeavour to describe items fully, highlighting any imperfection or flaws.  Please ensure that you read the item description carefully before purchasing.  Due to the handmade nature of these items, all sales are final and can not be refunded.   I only accept returns for exchange (depending on stock available) if the item is faulty or delivered damaged.

Tarot

Please note that all bookings are non refundable. Clients may reschedule their appointment within 48 hours prior to the appointment, but there are no refunds, i.e. cancellations.  Please take your time to read the written description next to each tarot service option to ensure you choose the service that is right for you. 

6. Limitation of Liability

Bend The Dots is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services to any individual or entity at our discretion, with or without cause.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
