Tarot Services Policy

Please read the policy below before booking a tarot reading with me.  You can find out more information about what a tarot reading with me entails on the frequently asked questions section here. 

I am honoured that you are considering booking a reading with me. There are a few important pieces of information to keep in mind before booking an appointment.  They are as follows:  

  1. All readings are confidential. 

  2. Prior to the tarot reading, payment must be made in full.   All payments are made at the point of booking online via the website.

  3. I do not give tarot readings to people under the age of 18.  You must be 18 or over to receive a tarot reading.

  4. All tarot readings will be held in English.

  5. Please note that all bookings are non refundable. Clients may reschedule their appointment within 48 hours prior to the appointment, but there are no refunds, i.e cancellations.  You can reschedule your appointment by going to the Acuity calendar.  More detailed instructions can be found here. 

  6. With the above in mind, please take your time to read the written description next to each tarot service option to ensure you choose the service that is right for you.  

  7. Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.  I will not condone violent, racist, homophobic or any ill behaviour of any sort. If such behaviour occurs before or during the reading I reserve the right to refuse our appointment or stop the reading.

  8. I’m not a licensed counsellor or Therapist and as such I’m not qualified to help people with mental health issues.

  9. All readings booked online will be held via video call on the Zoom platform.

  10. Once the allotted appointment time has begun, there will be a 10 minute wait period.  If you are going to be late, please let me know by email info@bendthedots.com if I don't hear from you then I have the right to cancel your appointment without reimbursement.

  11. Following one to one readings, clients will receive a summary of their reading in PDF format within 2 to 3 days.  This will be sent to the email address that you leave in the booking form.

  12. Clients that have opted for an email tarot reading will receive their reading in PDF format within 72 hours following payment.

By booking a reading with me you are agreeing to the terms as stated above.
